A project is your main container that holds jobs, hours, notes, documents and invoices.

Tap the + icon in the top navigation bar.

The new project view appears.

Fill in the project details, search for a nearby business, or import a contact.

Tap Save.

Tap the project you want to update. The project details view appears.

Tap the edit icon in the top navigation bar.

Jobs

A job is a specific task related to your project.

Once a job is created, you can assign jobs for your team members.

You can also manage hours for each team member.

Tap the + Job button from the projects list.

Create a job

Enter a job name,  add a job status (e.g. scheduled) and job instructions.

Tap Save.

Tap the job in the projects list.

The job details view appears.  Tap the edit icon in the top navigation bar.

The job is now editable.  Enter the new details in the form and tap Save.

Team

The team tab in the bottom navigation bar is where you create, edit and manage your team.

A team member can be anyone. An employee, a contractor, a supplier, a business partner… anyone!

It is a good idea to add yourself to the team so you can track activity and hours for each job.

Select the team icon in the bottom navigation bar.

The Team view appears. Tap the + icon in the top navigation bar.

The Add Team view appears.  You can manually type in the details or import from your contacts.

To import a contact from your device, tap the import icon in the top navigation bar.

The contacts list appears. Select a contact from the list. The details are added.

To add an image, tap the person placeholder icon.

A selection message appears.  Choose your image library or camera as the source.

Select an image.

Tap Save to add your new team member.

From the Team tab, select the team member you want to edit.

The Team member’s details view appears.  Tap the edit icon in the top navigation bar.

Invoice

Select a project for the invoice. The project details view appears

Scroll down to the invoices section. 

Tap the add button.

The new invoice view appears.

Enter the invoice details for each field.

Tap Save.

Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar.

The app settings view appears.

Enter your company information at the top of the view.

You can add a logo by selecting the Add image row.

For best results try to use a logo that is 150 x 100 px.

In the top navigation bar, tap Save.

From the Project details view, select the invoice you want to edit.

The invoice details view appears.

Tap the edit icon in the top navigation bar. The edit invoice view appears.

From the invoice view, tap the PDF icon in the top navigation bar.

The PDF preview appears.

Tap the share icon in the top navigation bar.

Invoice Items

From the project details view, tap the invoice you want to update.

The invoice details view appears.

Tap the + icon in the top navigation bar.

Enter the item details:

Description – eg. Widgets

Quantity – (the number of items)

Units of Measure – eg. Each, Boxes, Ft, In, CM, etc.

Price – How much the item costs

Tap Save.

The item is now listed in the Items section.
